About me


I’m a certified Pre & Postnatal coach with over 6 years of experience working with women at different stages of life. My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies through evidence-based training.
I hold two specialized certifications in women’s health: one from Girls Gone Strong and another from Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism, two of the leading organizations in female fitness and pre- and postnatal training. These certifications allow me to safely and effectively support women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
I believe that women deserve coaching that understands their physiology, hormones, and life stages. That’s why I continue investing in my education. I am currently furthering my expertise through a menopause training course with Dr. Stacy Sims, a global leader in female physiology and performance.
Over the past six years, I have worked closely with women to help them build strength, improve confidence, recover after pregnancy, and create sustainable training habits that support long-term health.
My goal is simple: to provide science-based coaching in a supportive environment where women feel safe, understood, and empowered.
